- Passports (Appointments between 8:00am—4:00pm only)
- Notary Oath (Appointments between 8:00am—11:30am, 1pm—3:30pm only)
- Process Server (Appointments between 8:00am—11:30am, 1pm—3:30pm only)
- Legal Document Assistant (Appointments between 8:00am—11:30am, 1pm—3:30pm only)
- Health Officer or Notary Signature Verification

Cancellation: If you need to Cancel your appointment, please use the "Cancel Appointment" button above the calendar or call us (831-454-2060) as soon as possible. If you book more than one appointment, please cancel the appointment you no longer need.

- Office open: 8:00am—5:00pm (M, W, Th and F) and 9:00am—5:00pm (Tuesday), click "22 More" to see all appointments for each day.
