The Santa Cruz County Clerk’s Office will perform civil marriage ceremonies on Thursdays, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., in Room 210 at 701 Ocean Street in Santa Cruz. Cost is $75.00

Couples must reserve a time and date by calling 831-454-2060 or by coming to the County Clerk’s Office located at 701 Ocean Street, Room 210, Santa Cruz.

Couples must have a valid marriage license prior to the scheduled ceremony and have at least one witness present.

Please, no more than 10 guests and no food nor beverages are allowed.

Ceremonies are concluded within 20 minutes and will take place in the office or atrium if weather permits.

Couples must be on time. If you are late, there is no guarantee we will be able to perform the ceremony.
